Coca-Cola - the Original

Coca-Cola celebrates its 125th anniversary this year !

 

The brand opens its temporary boutique in Paris from April 29 (today) to June 26, 2011.  

Rendez-vous at Espace 125, 107 Rue la Boetie not far from the Champs Elysees where you will find a bar, an exhibition, a shop and various events to celebrate this anniversary !

Just to remind you : Karl Lagerfeld revisited the partnership with Coca-Cola light, with three new bottles featuring a colour scheme of black, white, and fuchsia !

The new bottles won't be released in June 2011 so for now, let's just enjoy the images of the new bottles.

Coca Cola has also just released  limited edition cans featuring  James Jarvis',  "Martin" character, created in 1998 and one of the leading figures in the world of art toys. The visual is consistent with the joie de vivre of Coca Cola and has been introduced to celebrate the anniversary.

Once upon a time ...

Prince William and Kate Middleton's Wedding will be the biggest wedding this year and will be followed by viewers ALL AROUND THE WORLD !

Worldwide fashionista's interest will focus on one thing : Kate's wedding dress (and what the guests will be wearing and donning on their heads) !

Kate Middleton has commissioned three wedding dresses from three different designers, so she has two as "back-ups" in case her first-choice gown is leaked to press before the big day which is tomorrow:  Friday, 29th April 2011.

After several collaborations and clothing collection signed by the Super model Kate Moss, it's now time for the American jewelry designer Pamela Love ! She designed an exclusive jewelry collection for the famous British brand. This is the first collaboration between Topshop and an American designer. For this collection, the designer plays the card of moderation and simplicity, with indians inspiration - Heart & arrows made of brass,"Dreamcatcher" with feathers...

The Pamela Love collection will be available this month in Topshop stores !

Burberry X Colette

The Trench  is, as we all know, timeless classic, an iconic piece in our wardrobes!
For Spring/Summer 2011,  Burberry entered into an exclusive collaboration with the Parisian Concept-store - Colette - with two versions of their world famous 'mac'.
A regular length version and a cropped jacket style, draped and honey colored.

Inspired by the Rock Chic trend of the moment, Christopher Bailey has embellished the famous Burberry check with  gold studs underneath the collar.
Just to remind you, Christopher Bailey, Burberry's Artistic Director, was awarded "Best Designer of the Year" at the British Fashion Awards in 2009.  If you can afford one of these limited edition pieces you'll need to hurry as they are flying out of Colette like hotcakes!
